Griselda’s story begins with her father’s culinary experts at Michoacan in Mexico envisioning a restaurant that served authentic Mexican cuisine. His dream was realized in 1981, when Cielito Lindo was opened in Gilroy, California. Since 1985, Griselda has been operating the restaurant from her father’s retirement.
WildOne opened its doors in April, 2018. We sought to create a unique dining experience, fusing American and Mexican culinary tradition to create made-to-order delicious entrees. With each plate, customers found bold, Mexican flavors, no-corners-cut, quality standards that are unmatched. Fresh, fast, and flavorful.
